Naturally without plastic. In search of a natural and sustainable alternative to plastic, we hit upon an exciting material that had actually been developed as a floor covering: linoleum. We added a middle layer of tear-resistant cellulose to the linoleum, which otherwise consists mainly of linseed oil, ground cork dust and jute, to create a completely new material – a material that has the lightness and stability of plastic yet radiates the elegance and harmony that only natural materials possess.
